Carol Ricci

Trained in the Stott Pilates Method  combined with training from Ron Fletcher and others in the industry Carol opened Natural Balance in April of 2000. Seeing a need in the community to offer small group classes to those that have limited experience in strength training Carol pays attention to women and men over 40. Keeping her students focused on the muscles and movements, Carol practices mindfulness in her classes encouraging students to be in the moment, quieting the mind and challenging the body to do more than one exercise at a time. Carol teaches Mat, Stability Ball, Reformer and Chair classes. She is a 13 year resident of Stillwater and a mom of two active boys.







Sue Davis

Sue began her career at Natural Balance as a student. With a love of pilates forming she trained in the Stott Method  and began teaching in 2001. Sue has a fun, outgoing personality and wonderful creative flair. She is dedicated to her craft, loves her students and enjoys challenging them with new and effective exercises. Sue teaches Mat, Stability Ball, Reformer and Chair classes. Sue and her family live in Bayport and is originally from the Chicago area.










Billi Jo Aamodt

As a former student, Billi Jo became certified in the Physical Mind training method in 2003. Billi Jo brings a creative and mindful approach to her classes, encouraging students of all ages to work within their limits and move at their own pace. Billi Jo teaches Mat and Stability ball classes but is certified to work with all apparatus. Billi Jo is a Stillwater resident and a busy mom of five.
