Classes

Mat
Mat classes are offered throughout the week with morning, evening and weekend classes available. Mat classes are a great place to start your pilates journey as they require no equipment and at Natural Balance a reservation is not necessary. Classes are 1 hour in length and incorporate a smooth flowing series of exercises with modifications given for those with limited range of motion and/or those recovering from injuries.

Reformer and Chair

Reformer and Chair classes are offered throughout the week and a reservation is required as well as instructor approval to begin. The Reformer and Chair are specially designed pieces of equipment exclusive to the pilates method. Students are grouped with others of similar fitness levels and pilates experience as they perform a series of exercises designed to strengthen the core, challenge and improve strength and flexibility.
